1.      First payment first serve basis. No payment = no order. Orders that are not paid after the spree cap is reached will not be taken in.

2.      Payment must be made within 3 hours after posting. Reply to your own thread with the payment details after you have made payment.

3.      Please indicate your LJ nick when using I-banking. If possible, avoid using ATM transfer as it can be quite hard to track who was the one who has made payment. Strictly no inter-bank transfer.

4.      Please keep strictly to the cap to avoid incurring GST. Orders that exceed the cap will not be taken in and refund will only be made at the end of the spree.

5.      Do not attempt to go against my T&C and Special notes pertaining to the spree by placing order and making payment with no payment details. Should this happen, I would not take in the order and I would not bother to make refund as you have chose to push your luck in the first place.

6.      Frozen comment = Order taken in, payment received.

7.      Please follow my order format and double-check item's name, URL, code/model no., colour and size before posting your order. I will base on the information provided by you to order even if the price is indicated wrongly. If there is any mistake in the format and calculations, I reserve the right not to accept your order.

8.      To amend orders, please delete and re-post in full. No amendment is allowed once I closed the spree.

9.      If you do wish to back out, payment and item will not be returned.

10.   I will not be responsible if merchant ships wrong or damaged items. All costs of exchange will be borne by you. However, I will double check all orders before ordering.

11.   I reserve the rights to cancel the spree if response is poor or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be made promptly.

12.   Refunds for OOS items will only be made after the items arrive.

13.   Updates will be done via mass emails. Please check both your Inbox and Junk Mail folder.

14.   I will email all spree-ers to confirm the details of local distribution when the items arrived. Spree-ers who do not respond to my email 7 days after I inform that the items have arrived will have their items confiscated.

15.   I will collect $0.50 handling fee for basic postage materials. For bulky items that I agree to have meet-ups, I will also collect $0.50 handling fee for a plastic carrier.

16.   In the event that you request for special packaging like postpac, bubblewrap or box, it will incur extra handling fee.

17.   I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail via normal mail. Registered mail is always recommended.

18.   Please do not join the spree if you are uncomfortable with the above terms and conditons. By joining my spree, you are deemed to have agreed to my T&C.
